We grow food and raise livestock together on the volcanic soils of Mt Elgon, then bring it fresh to homes and markets across Uganda.

A mixed farm is a living system. Crops feed the animals, the animals feed the soil, and the soil gives back better every season. That balance is how Suluma keeps producing, year after year.
- Crops that carry the season
Matoke, coffee, maize, beans and vegetables, planted to the rhythm of the two rains.
- Livestock that pays it forward
Dairy cattle, goats and poultry give milk, meat and eggs, and the manure that keeps our fields alive.
- Nothing wasted
Crop residues, compost and cover crops feed the next planting instead of the burn pile.

Coffee cleaned and dried, grain stored well, produce graded for the market.
We farm like the next harvest depends on it, because it does.
Good farming is patient work. We test our soil, rotate our beds, plant trees along the boundaries and treat water like the resource it is. It is slower, and it is the only way that lasts.
